This Technical Specification gives guidance for the assessmentof conformity of materials, products, joints and assemblies inaccordance with the applicable part(s) of EN 14758 intended to beincluded in the manufacturer?s quality plan as part of the qualitymanagement system and for the establishment of certificationprocedures. NOTE In order to help the reader, a basic test matrixis given in Annex A. In conjunction with EN 14758-1 this documentis applicable to solid wall piping systems made of polypropylenemodified with mineral(s) (PP-MD) intended to be used for: ?non-pressure underground drainage and sewerage outside the buildingstructure (application area code ?U?); and ? non-pressureunderground drainage and sewerage for both buried in ground withinthe building structure (application area code ?D?) and outside thebuilding structure. This is reflected in the marking of products by?U? and ?UD?.
