This Technical Specification defines requirements for provisionby economic operators of the required evidence that biofuels andbioliquids fulfil the sustainability criteria as defined in theRenewable Energy Directive [1]. This Technical Specification isapplicable to the initial biomass production or to the point ofcollection for waste and residue and to each stage within the chainof custody. It also defines requirements on conformity assessmentbodies when checking compliance with the present standard
