This document establishes the service requirements of a wellnessspa, the main supporting processes and the quality of service to beprovided to the client. This document can be used by all types andsizes of wellness spas even if it is part of another activity (e.g.accommodation facilities, fitness centres and hospitals). Thisdocument does not include any accommodation or food and beveragerequirements. This document does not apply to medical spas andthalassotherapy centres. This document does not cover decisionsthat are related to medical professions, medical training or anyreligious aspects.
