This European Standard specifies the equipment and procedure fordetermining the water vapour transmission properties in the steadystate under specified test conditions for test specimens ofpreformed pipe insulation. It is applicable to thermal insulatingproducts. It is intended to be used for homogeneous materials (seeNOTE) and for products which may have integral skins or adheredfacings of some different material.
