scope:
PURPOSE
The purpose of this procedure is to outline the framework in which Route Operations Control manage weather events of floods, high winds, snow, high and low temperatures and respond to seasonal weather events by following the instructions contained in this instruction, 365 Weather Management Modules and Route Appendices.
In addition, this procedure shall provide instruction to operational staff when dealing with the management of floods and snow on the Network Rail managed infrastructure.
