This procedure applies to all employees involved in the planning, execution and checking of pre-planned or Emergency Temporary Block Working.
PURPOSE
This procedure sets out the arrangements required for pre-planned Temporary Block Working (TBW(P)) and Emergency Temporary Block Working (TBW(E)) when undertaken in accordance with the Rule Book and Train Signalling Regulations.
