This procedure applies to all Route Operations Control staff involved with the management of infrastructure incidents.
PURPOSE
This procedure sets out the arrangements to set up a command structure to manage infrastructure incidents.
This module should be followed alongside NR/L3/OPS/045/4.04 if the incident is as a result of an accident, derailment or collision.
