This European Standard describes a procedure for the determination of steryl glycosides (SG) contents in fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) in a range between 20 mg/kg and 38 mg/kg. NOTE - Steryl glycosides (SG) are mainly present in vegetable oils. WARNING - The use of this standard can involve hazardous materials, operations and equipment.
