In this standard, types, techniques and locations of application are presented that enable the labelling of returnable wooden pallets of Euro measure (800 mm × 1200 mm) to function with different automatic identification systems. In addition, test methods and minimum values to be achieved are specified to ensure sufficient functionality and compatibility of the labelling procedures if an application method is used that deviates from the methods presented here.
