Purpose
This module updates previously published instructions for 3rd rail d.c. electrified lines in the Liverpool area, presenting them in an approved format that clarifies where variation may be permitted.
This module provides instructions for persons working on or near to 3rd rail d.c. electrified lines in the Liverpool area that will enable them carry out their duties without risk of danger from the conductor rail to themselves or other persons.
