AIM
The aim of this agreement is to standardize the methodology and procedures by which Electro-Explosive Devices (EED) are characterized, in order to assist in their assessment for safe and suitable use by NATO forces. It is emphasized that characterization is not qualification but only the data to assist in the overall qualification.
