scope:
Purpose
a. To publish the fiscal year (FY) 2018 to FY 2021 unrestricted line (URL) major command sequential, URL major command at sea, URL major command ashore, restricted line (RL) and staff corps major command, and major program manager (PM) lists, in line with reference (a).
b. To establish membership, responsibilities, and procedures of the FY 2018 major command review board (MCRB).
c. To publish procedures for submitting change requests to enclosures (1) through (6).
