AIM

The aim of ATP-3.3.7.3 is to provide a standard framework for nations to utilize in establishing and maintaining their Conduct after Capture (CAC) training programs.

National training programs designed using this framework will provide captured personnel confidence in the training of members from all nations that have implemented or adopted this standard.

Nation should expect theater entry requirements to state minimum CAC training levels in accordance with this STANAG.

It is acknowledged that national SERE training programs will necessarily include the appropriate level of CAC training; whereby national CAC programs will not include all aspects of SERE training.

Nations will ensure that qualified instructors are utilized for this training. In certifying their instructors nations should leverage existing SERE and CAC expertise.
