Purpose of This Notice.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has determined that a Special Emphasis Inspection is required to ensure continued compliance with the operational control requirements of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) parts 119 and 135. This notice establishes that requirement, and prescribes the scope, detail, and content of that Special Emphasis Inspection.
