scope:

This module applies to:

a) Maintenance Section Managers;

b) Planner(s);

c) Supervisor(s);

d) Technical Support Staff;

e) Team Leader(s);

f) Technician(s); and

g) Operative(s).

It applies when planning and performing safety critical work. It mandates the daily and weekly meetings and review of the work to be allocated to the teams and volumes complete with issues that have arisen, if any. For the weekly meeting there are additional checks and controls to fully manage a section.

These meetings are mandatory although the items included might vary according to the work being done.

NOTE: Both meetings take place in the same Visualisation Control Room.

Purpose

This module sets out the process to prepare a fully updated Section Control Room so it is available for the daily and weekly visualisation control room meetings.
