Use/Relationship: The Test Information Sheet (TIS) is used to provide detailed planning information necessary to review the test program specifics, conduct the tests, record test data, and evaluate the test results.
a. This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.
b. This DID is applicable to engineering (developmental), preliminary qualification, qualification, and acceptance testing.
c. This DID interrelates with DI-FACR-80810, Test Facility Requirements Document (TFRD).
d. This DID supersedes DI-QCIC-81536.
