This standard gives the requirements set to the measurement delivery arrangement, the construction, the testing and the marking of flexible aluminium discharge pipes. It also lays down definitions. The standard applies to flexible aluminium pipes for gas vents with a maximum length of 1 m and with nominal diameters of 50 up to and including 200 mm. They are intended for the discharge of combustion gases of non-condensation forming gas-powered devices and are part of the visible vent pipes in a room. The combustion gases should have a temperature lower than 250 ° C.
