This Netherlands Technical Agreement (NTA) relates to the sampling and sample preparation of solid recovered fuels that can be incinerated additionally or co-incinerated in plants for recovery. This NTA is in the first instance aimed producers, suppliers and purchasers of solid recovered fuels, but can also be used for the authorities, inspection organizers and laboratories. It describes the way in which sampling and sample preparation of recovered fuels, depending on location-specific circumstances shall be carried out. The present NTA only applies to recovered fuels and biomass.
