Provides rules for the structural design of concrete bridges, which apply complementary to Parts 1-1, 1-3 and 1-5 of Eurocode 2. Unless stated otherwise in this Part 2, the Principles and Application Rules in these other Parts are applicable to bridges. Refers to road bridges, footbridges and railway bridges, the structure of which is made of reinforced and/or prestressed normal weight concrete. In addition, this Part 2 can be used for high strenght concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete provided that the rules for these materials can be justified.
