This Technical Specification provides recommendations for the installation of textile floor coverings. It covers all products composed of textile material with a pile or non-pile use surface, and includes the laying of carpet tiles (excluding rugs). It details suitable methods of installation and advises on the selection of the materials required for their implementation. This part 2 of the Report is intended for use in conjunction with part 1 that deals with general matters relevant to resilient and laminate floor coverings as well as textile floor coverings.
