scope:

This CENELEC Report collates the national information on plugs for household appliances covered by CLC/TC 61 and provides a comparative guide to the following questions: -special national conditions based on regulations applicable to plugs; - national standards applicable to plugs; - CLC/TC 61 products or product families affected by the requirements; - CLC/TC 61 (draft) European Standards affected by the requirements; - summary description of the requirements: - characteristics of the plugs (number of poles; rated current; rated voltage), - standard sheets according to:;national standards - identification - standard sheet;IEC Report 60083; - main products or product families other than those covered by CLC/TC 61 affected by the requirements; - additional information concerning safety. Each one of the 19 following forms is relevant to a single CENELEC country and the collected data reflect the present situation.
