This code of practice describes a method to determine the concentration of fenols in ambient air using tenax adsorption, thermal desorption and gaschromatography. The method is applicable to the measurement of 11 fenols in ambient air in the concentration range of 0,1 u q/m3 to 1000 u q/m3 with a sampling volume of 5 l.
