This Recommendation relates to air dielectric rotary capacitors, intended for application in equipment for telecommunication and in electronic devices employing similar techniques. When the Recommendation is applied to tuning capacitors fitted with trimmers, the trimmer shall be set at their minimum capacitance position. The trimmers shoudl be separately tested to the relevant specification. The capacitors are divided intothree types and intwo two grades, according to use, viz: - Grade 1 = Professional. Grade 2 = Domestic.
