NEN 10487-2-7

Terrestrial radio relay systems - Part 2: Measurements for sub-systems - Section Seven: Radio transmitters

active, Most Current
Organization: NEN
Publication Date: 1 August 1986
Status: active
Page Count: 26
ICS Code (Radio relay and fixed satellite communications systems): 33.060.30
scope:

In this section selected methods of measurement are described which are applicable to the electrical characteristics of terrestrial radio-relay transmitters of the heterodyne type excluding any r.f. branching and switching networks. Local oscillator noise, although an important parameter of a transmitter, is not usually measured on the transmitter itself, but rather between terminals in the radio-relay system. This parameter, which results in path-loss-independent baseband noise, is not therefore considered in this section.
