scope:
This standard specifies the minimum requirements for textile-reinforced, smooth-bore water-suction and discharge hoses. Two types are specified, as follows: - Type 1: Light-duty hoses for suction service to -63kPa (a630 mbar) and for discharge pressures to 0,3 MPa (3 bar). - Type 2: Heavy-duty hoses for suction service to -80 kPa (-800 mbar( and for discharge pressures to 0,5 MPa (5bar).
