scope:
This standard gives a method for the determination of the incident radiative heat flux of an outdoor wood storage fire. The resistance to fire movement is determined as a function of distance, radiation surfaces, geometric ratios, kind of material, material quantity, fire load, fire load rate. Basic assumption is a design fire in the open air (fuel controlled fire).
