This Recommendation applies to technical documentation to be supplied with electronic measuring apparatus. The object of this Recommendation is: - to unify; - to specify the kind; - to determine in general terms the contents, layout and external form, of the documentation to be supplied with the apparatus in order to give the user sufficient information on such things as principle of operation, field of application, technical specification, use, maintenance and repair of the apparatus, as well as a list of replaceable parts.
