Specifies safety and performance requirements and test methods for bicyles for young children, in respect of the design, assembly and testing of bicycles and sub-assemblies. Guidelines for instructions on the use and care of bicycles are also provided. Applies to bicycles with a maximum saddle height between 435 mm and 635 mm, and propelled by a transmittted drive to the rear wheel. Applies to bicycles with or without stabilizers.
