This European Standard specifies requirements for plastics pipes and fittings for hot and cold water installations. It gives associated test/assessment methods. This standard does not cover adhesives, joint sealings and gasket It is intended to be used for distribution of hot and cold water and for heating systems inside buildings with the exception of water intended for human consumption.
