This European Standard specifies the requirements for visual graded structural timber with round cross-sections, barked or unbarked and cut to length. The standard covers timber untreated or treated against biological attack. The standard does not cover timber treated by fire retardant products. The standard identifies the characteristics for whish as a minimum limits shall be given in visual grading rules.
