This Netherlands Technical Agreement (NTA) relates to the specification and classification of solid recovered fuels that can be incinerated additionally or co-incinerated in plants for recovery. This NTA is in the first instance aimed at suppliers and buyers of solid recovered fuels but can also be used for authorities and inspection bodies. It describes the way in which a solid recovered fuel shall be specified. It also indicates the way in which a recovered fuel shall be classified.
