This standard contains definitions, requirements and calculation values for the compressive strength of brickwork of calcium silicate elements, as well as rules for the inspection of calcium silicate elements. Apeendices A and B supply the following information: - details about the properties of calcium silicate elements, to which nor requirements are set in this standard, as well as properties of brickwork made with them; - directives with respect to the use of calcium silicate elements. The standard applies to calcium silicate elements, principally intended for the inner and outer walls of building constructions.
