scope:
Specifies a method for determining the consistency of frech concrete by evaluating the degree of compactability. It is not applicable when the maximum size of aggregate is greater than 40 mm. If the Degree of Compactability is less than 1.04 or more than 1.46, the concrete has a consistency for which the Degree of Compactability test is insensitive.
