scope:
The purpose of this standard for dimensional coordination is to inform on the overall point of view on dimensional coordination and on the demands from the different components of a distribution system to a coherent system which can ensure an efficient and optimized distribution of goods. Furthermore, the standard shall serve as a framework for the more specific standards on dimensional coordination mentioned in the normative references.
