This standard specifies the characteristics of spherical plain bearings in corrosion resisting steel, with self-lubricating liner, light series, for elevated loads at ambient temperature. They are intended for use in fixed of moving parts of the aurcraft structure and control mechanisms. They shall be used in the temperature range -55°C to +163°C.
