This standard specifies methods to assess the energy performance to provide heating and domestic hot water to a building based on measurements. This standard covers the assessment of the heating and domestic hot water energy performance of a building or of building elements based on measurements. This includes: assessment of the heating and domestic hot water performance of the building based on measurement of the amount of delivered energy carriers; assessment of the energy performance of systems, subsystems and building elements, based on measurements. This standard does not cover measured energy performance on ventilation, cooling, air conditioning and lighting systems.
