These particular requirements apply to the electric thermal storage room heaters having forced convection output, designed for placing on the floor, for wall-mounting or for building-in. These particular requirements do not apply to: - controlled output thermal storage heaters with natural convection; - free output thermal storage heaters; - permanently installed central storage heating systems or their parts.
