NEN 10769

Measuring systems for thickness measurements based on ionizing radiation with analoque or digital signal processing

inactive, Most Current
Organization: NEN
Publication Date: 1 November 1988
Status: inactive
Page Count: 1
ICS Code (Radiation measurements): 17.240
scope:

This standard relates to definitions, test methods, and procedures for ionizing radiation measurement systems designed for either continuous or discrete measurement and checks of thickness, mass per unit area, or mass per unit length on industrial processes. The measured process material may be in such forms as sheets, coatings, laminates, tubes or rods. This standard applies to systems with one or more outputs for display or control purposes. The signals may be either analoque or digital. The measurement system may also include multiple input signals with various means of compensation and signal conditioning prior to the out put signals.
