scope:
This standard describes a method for the determination of the changes of dimensions by total immersion in water and is applicable to most sorts of paper and board with a mass per surface up to 250 gram/m2. The method is not suitable to crepe paper and corrugated cardboard. The changes of dimensions of paper and board by changes of the relative humidity is measured according to NEN 1856.
