Applies to bottom emptying devices on tank wagons used for the carriage of liquid substances of classes 3, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 8 and 9 of RID. Defines the important dimensions for the emptying connections. Where tank wagons are fitted with bottom vapour return devices, these devices shall comply with this European Standard.
