This Netherlands Technical Agreement (NTA) relates to the determination of the biomass content of solid recovered fuels that can be incinerated additionally or co-incinerated in plants for recovery. This NTA is in the first instance aimed at laboratories, producers, suppliers and purchasers of solid recovered fuels, but can also be used for the authorities and inspection organizations. It describes the way in which the determination of the biomass content of solid recovered fuels shall be carried out.
