This standard is one of a series which deals with flexible insulating sleeving for electrical purposes. This sheet contains requirements for heat shrinkable sleeving, general purpose, flexible, cross-linked polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It is normally available in bore sizes up to 50 mm and supplied in black only. The minimum recovery temperature is 175°C. The nominal shrink ratio is 2:1.
