This part of prEN 10028 specifies the general technical delivery conditions for flat products used principally for the construction of pressure vessels made of a) non-alloy and alloy steels with elevated temperature properties as specified in prEN 10028 Part 2 and b) normalized weldable fine-grained structural steels as specified in prEN 10028 Part 3.
