Specifies the characteristics of: - the effective range of operating temperatures, - the requirements for components, - the resistance to corrosion, - the brackets, - the identification of the extinguisher, - the periodical checking. Efficiency on a class D fire shall be the object of a particular case-by-case study and is not included within the scope of this EN-standard but may be made the object of national specifications.
