This standard describes the determination of the moisture content of cereals, non-fat-containing pulses and their ground products of starch. For maize and cornflour the method differs at some points from the method for other cereals and their products. In this standard the differences are indicated in two adjacent columns: the left-hand column applies to maize and cornflour, the right hand one to other grains, pulses and their products.
