This standard specifies specific safety requirements and their verification for the design and construction of rotary mowers and flail-mowers with one or several vertical axes or a horizontal axis, mounted, semi-mounted, trailed or self-propelled. Is also applicable to mowers equipped with a conditioning device. This standard applies only to mowers intended to work at ground level.
