NPR 7769 describes the steps to which air quality research should comply in order to determine, by means of air quality measurements, the effect of measures. This NPR gives guidance for setting up and conducting air quality measurements aimed at the evaluation of the effect of local measures on air quality in situations where this can be determined by using measurements. This NPR describes the choices and conditions for setting up and conducting these measurements.
