scope:
This standard describes a visual method to determine the acidity of products obtained from vegetables and fruit. The method cannot be applied to products in which the colour change of the indicator is not visible as a result of the fruit's own colour of turbidity. In that case use NEN 2831 "Vegetables and fruit products. Potentiometric determination of acidity".
