Depending upon the type of cooling system this may include: - Pump Intake Screening Plant, and Associated Cleaning Systems - Pressure Filters - Pipework and Valves - Pennstock Gates - Priming and Venting Equipment - Dewatering Facilities - Pressure Surge Suppression Equipment - Cathodic Protection Equipment - Chemical Treatment - Steady State Hydraulic Design Study. The scope excludes: - Main Cooling Water Pumps and associated auxiliaries - Condenser Plant - Auxiliary Cooling Water Pumps - Auxiliary Plant Heat Exchargers - Cooling Towers - Raw Water Treatment Plant - Civil Work.
