This International Standard specifies a method for determining the nominal diameter of cigarettes and filters by the pneumatic measuring head process. The method is generally applicable to cylindrically shaped cigarettes and filters, enclosed is a wrapper having a permeability to air less than 200 cm3/(min.cm².kPa).
